Solo Support Services has recently had their Care Quality Commission (CQC) inspection.

 

The CQC rate inspected organisations as either; Outstanding, Good, Requires Improvement or Inadequate.

As part of their inspection they follow five key lines of enquiry, looking to see if the services are; Safe, Effective, Caring, Responsive and Well-Lead. Then they will issue and Overall rating. The findings of the recent inspection are as follows:

 

  • Is the service SAFE? = Good
  • Is the service EFFECTIVE? = Good
  • Is the service CARING? = Good
  • Is the service RESPONSIVE? = Good
  • Is the service WELL-LEAD? = Good
  • OVERALL = Good

 

This is the first time that Solo Support Services have been inspected under this new rating system and we are happy with the ratings given.

Update February 2019:

Due to our office move in July 2017, our company now shows as not registered on the CQC website. At present, registration and ratings do not move with a company when they relocate. We remain registered with the CQC and await our inspection in 2019. We will repost our rating at this time.

Last Friday, on April 1st, Solo Support Services turned 5 years old!

Today we celebrate five fantastic years with candles and cake! We aim to continue our support and help others have a better quality of life for many more years to come.

Please be advised that our office will be closed for the Easter weekend and bank holidays.

The office will close as normal at 5:00pm this afternoon, 24th March, and will re-open on Tuesday 29th March at 9:00am.

The Solo Support Services head office is now closed for the festive period and we will re-open as normal on Monday, January 4th 2016 at 9:00am.

 If you are applying for a vacancy, this will have no effect on your application and you will be contacted on our return to advise the next stage of the process.
