Dignity Awareness

31 Jan 2018

We are proud to announce that Solo will be partaking in a Dignity Awareness Day on Tuesday 6th February 2018, in support of the National Diginity Council. This is an annual awareness campaign to enable Health and Social Care workers and community members to uphold peoples right to dignity, to contribute to an ongoing discussion about dignity awareness and to enable people to maintain choice and control.

Solo will be contributing to raising awareness by holding a 'Digni-tea' and creating a 'Digni-tree' with responses from individuals on 'What Does Dignity Mean to You?'

If you wish to participate and have your response to the question 'What does dignity mean to you?' included on Solo's Digni-tree, then please contact us on 0115 815 7010 and ask to speak to Roisin Burton, Client Relations Manager.

Alternatively, please e-mail your response to info@solosupportservices.co.uk

This is all part of a national week long awareness campaign, February 1st to 8th 2018. Click here to read more about the campaign on the Dignity in Care facebook site.

We are proud to feature on the Dignity in Care website showing activities promotiong the event. Search for an event in your area here
