April Review 🐰 💐 🐣

April seems to have flown by, at the beginning of the month we have out bi-annual team meeting. We spent time listening to team updates from Business Development, Finance, Payroll, Admin, Third Party and Direct Payments to allow us all to understand each other’s work, the challenges each department face and the future focus areas. This also gave us chance to celebrate Solo’s 8th Birthday with a buffet lunch and birthday cake!

Congratulations also to Helen Brown, Business Manager and Emily Dennett, Operations Manager, who celebrate 7 years’ service with the company, Debbie Russell, Senior Client Relations Manager, also celebrated 6 years’ service, Lauren Cruz, Payroll and Finance Administrator, 3 years’ service and Chloe Spencer, Payroll and Finance Administrator, 1 years’ service. Chloe also got 87% in her Management Account Costing Exam, Chloe is currently completing Level 3 Advanced Diploma in Accounting, congratulations Chloe!  

Sonia, Office Administrator, has been busy taking staff photos for the new website- we're looking forward to unveiling our new look. Finance and payroll had a very busy month compiling year end figures for 2018-19.

Ingrid our Payroll Manager attended CIPP Payroll management course in London - very beneficial and enjoyable. 

Lucy our Assistant Client Relations Manager has been promoted to Client Relations Manager, Lucy will begin to take her own clients over the next few months. Congratulations Lucy! 

Emma Thurston will be making a return to Head Office with a move from Clients Relations Manager to Business Admin role and will make a valuable addition to the Head Office team.  We wish Emma every success in her new role.

And finally last week our Operations Manager Emily went on maternity leave and in the not too distant future we will have another addition to our Solo family – we wish Emily all the best and look forward to meeting the new baby.
