Dignity In Action Day

Solo Support Services Ltd are proud to mark Dignity In Action Day in conjunction with the Dignity Council. We have been running a poetry competition to share thoughts and empower individuals to share what Dignity means to them through inclusive medium. We were overwhelmed by the entries received from clients, client families and Solo staff members across the country

Each entrant will recieve a card expressing our thanks and a form to indicate your preference regarding us sharing your work anonymously. We'd like to share the entries on our wesbite and the Dignity Council's website as well as our social media to further raise awareness of the Dignity Council and the importance of Dignity in Care.

The winner and runners up have all been contacted today but we congratulate each and every entrant on their original and moving work. Our Client Relations Manager Roisin Burton organised and judged the competition, saying "It was not an easy task to pick out the winners, each entry was fabulous and thought provoking".

Thank you to everyone for their entries and thank you to Roisin for organising this event.
