Today at Solo we are talking about 'Empower Half Hour', which is 30 minute activities to boost your wellbeing during the workday.
Mental Health First Aid England have lots of suggestions of different things to do, we have selected some which we can do whilst following current restrictions but boosting our wellbeing!
Schedule a lunch or coffee and cake date over video link with a colleague, friend or family member. Seeing someone you care about boosts your happiness and the happiness of the person you are ‘meeting’ with.
Go for a walk, get outside or even just away from your desk. A change of environment will help reset and refresh your mind.
Do some yoga and or meditation at your desk or away, there are some great suggestions available on YouTube.
