Gender Pay Gap Report 2024/25

Please find our 2024/25 Gender Pay Gap Report here.

The gender pay gap refers to the difference between the average hourly earnings of men and women as a proportion of men’s average hourly earnings. This is measured across all jobs in the United Kingdom, not just jobs in Health and Social Care.

All companies with 250 or more employees are required to report their gender pay gap data to the UK Government annually.

This years’ data was taken on 5 April 2024.
