Our Client Relations Manager and Dignity lead Roisin has enjoyed reading all of the entries in our Dignity poem competition this month, thank you to everyone who took the time to get creative and articulate what dignity means to them through the art form of poetry. Congratulations to our winners who have all been contacted. We will share some of the entries on our website and social media in the coming weeks to maintain a focus on Dignity in Care.

January was a big month for anniversaries at Solo. Congratulations to Ingrid and Emma T on reaching 5 years’ service and also to Roisin and Rochelle on their two-year anniversary with the company.

We had a new starter here in head office – Helen Kirk joins us as Administration Assistant supporting Sonia as well as the Direct Payments Client Relations Team with their administrative work load. Welcome to the team Helen!

Our employee Emma, a support worker for one of our lovely clients, has been fundraising this month – she is aiming to raise funds to freeze her eggs for surrogacy before major surgery. We hope your ball went well and you raised lots for your cause.

Our Directors have started work on revamping our website which we’re very excited about. The whole team were asked for their views about what works and what could work better. Watch this space for sneak previews and insights into the new look.
