At Solo we are taking time to check in with our wellbeing and look at our ‘Stress Containers'. Understanding what causes us stress and taking action to manage our stress levels is a key part of looking after our wellbeing. The Stress Container can help us understand how we experience stress and how to address our stress levels. We have been using this interactive tool from Mental Health First Aid England to explore it. After we have used the tool, we have been making lists of helpful things that we can do to help release our ‘Stress Containers’ and making sure we are making time to do some of these things.
