ABOUT THE ROLE 

I am a male living in my family home, in Mansfield. I have Marfans syndrome, which affects my connective tissues. I am also at risk of having Aneurisms this requires careful monitoring. I also have Autism, Learning difficulties and epilepsy. I require assistance to go to a day Centre, go to my health appointments and take me out at the weekend, I really enjoy shopping.

I am currently looking for either two PA's to work part time or one PA to work full time, plus covering sickness and holidays.

My preference is to have males to support me, I love happy smiley people who enjoy a little banter. As I could find it difficult to understand, the ideal candidate must have a very good level of speaking English.

ABOUT YOU

I am looking for someone who understands my medical problems and emotional support around my Autism and understanding of challenging behaviors, someone who can look behind the behaviors as to why I may become challenging and adapt their approach.

The ideal candidate will ideally live locally to me, be flexible, patient, have a good sense of humor and a genuine caring nature. You will need to be enthusiastic and inspiring to bring a sense of energy into my life. You must also be able to demonstrate a high level of professionalism and integrity, promoting my independence and respecting my home.
